About us
I’m Karen LeJeune, my husband Ivan Busenius and I are Ethos Whippets. We live with our pack in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada.
It all started when we got ‘Jaylo’ – National Select | Multi Group Winning | Multi Best Veteran In Show | Am Ch Can GCh SDW Dreamwindz Eyedoll.
We had been thinking for many years about downsizing from Dobermans, which Karen had been involved with since 1979. We lost our last Doberman ‘Josie’ in October 2021, at the fabulous old age of 14. She was incredible.
After deciding on a Whippet as our next breed, we were fortunate to find Miss Jaylo, and could not have asked for a better start. She is the most sweet and kind dog you can imagine, and is absolutely gorgeous. Jaylo had two litters, in which were some pretty fabulous puppies!
We will always love this breed, and hope to never be without them in our hearts and home. Please enjoy the website, it’s a tribute to our wonderful dogs.
